Plan, Monitor, Report
Our project planning process:
- Design, Supply, Install & Manage
- Outline & agree scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines
- Dedicated Project Manager
- We produce a detailed project plan covering tasks, people, dependencies and timescales, assessed throughout with the Client
- We produce a safe System of Works (‘SSoW) document outlining the works sequence, materials, PPE, tools, waste disposal etc….
- We oversee and manage all external suppliers and their deliverables
- Continuous ongoing assessments throughout the project
- Post project review
